The Arktic Dry aging cabinet provides a controlled and hygienic environment for the precise aging of meat. Constructed from durable stainless steel and featuring energy-efficient Low-E tempered glass, it ensures optimal performance and visibility while maintaining stable internal conditions.
The cabinet body, door frame, and door handle are made of 18/8 stainless steel.
The door consists of two layers of tinted Low-E tempered glass, which enhances energy efficiency by blocking external infrared light and UV radiation, while also preventing heat transfer into the cabinet. A door lock is included.
An ABS distilled water tank is provided; the tank must be filled manually.
An on-screen notification and an audible alarm alert the user when the humidity level drops below 15%, signaling that the water tank needs to be refilled.
An alarm triggers if the door remains open for more than 3.5 minutes, protecting the internal environment from unwanted fluctuations.
A built-in UVC sterilization lamp inhibits bacterial growth, ensuring a safe environment for the meat; this prevents bacteria from developing even if the door is opened during the aging process.
Forced-air cooling ensures the necessary level of air circulation.
LED lights are positioned on both sides and the ceiling of the chamber.
