Gas stove is an essential piece of cooking equipment for any catering establishment. This unit allows chefs to boil, fry, grill, and more. The removable burners in enamelled cast iron and the brass burner caps of 7 kW each have a horizontal self-stabilizing flame. The pilot flame is protected inside the main burner. The placement of the burners allows using pans up to 38 cm in diameter. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The unit features a watertight pressed worktop and four removable cast-iron grates with a size of 335x300 mm. The gas range comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet. The stove has dimensions of 700х700х850 mm. Total gas power: 28 kW. The total weight — 53 kg.
