Main features and benefits
The Virtus AHA0025 has 3 main burners of 27.5 kW and 2 additional soup burners of 9.2 kW, making it extremely versatile when it comes to preparing food. Particularly suitable for Asian cooking and all preparations that require a wok, this hob has a special 3+2 tube burner design for superior thermal performance, ensuring fast and even cooking.

The top, with a back wall of 400 mm, is designed to withstand intensive use thanks to its thickness of 5 mm. The Ø 280 mm solid cast iron wok is designed to withstand high temperatures without warping. 2 water taps, cleverly integrated into the control panel, simplify cleaning and cooking tasks.

A cooling water overflow system is also built in, so that excess water is efficiently drained without disrupting cooking activity. Important note: This model is designed to be supplied with natural gas (NG). An LPG version is available on request, so that the appliance can be adapted to different gas installations.
