Construction – The appliance is made of AISI 304 grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish. It features a 2 mm thick worktop, rounded edges, chrome-plated details and a rear splash guard. The controls are IPX5 water resistant.
Model – Professional gas Bratt Pan with one fixed tank, 100 mm deep. The base is made of highly heat-conducting stainless steel. The appliance is equipped with a removable liquid collector, piezoelectric ignition and a pilot light. The temperature is regulated by a thermostat up to 300 °C and there are also thermocouple safety valves.
Maintenance – All serviceable components are easily accessible by removing the front panel.
Fittings – Supplied with both LPG and natural gas nozzles and the appliance also has height-adjustable feet.
