​Construction – The appliance is made of AISI 304 grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel and finished with Scotch-Brite satin polishing. The construction uses a 1 mm thick worktop, rounded edges, chrome-plated details and an integrated splash guard in the rear wall.
Model – This is a professional electric Bratt Pan-type appliance with a fixed single tank with a depth of 100 mm. The heat is distributed particularly effectively through the conductive stainless steel base. The temperature can be precisely adjusted with a thermostat up to 300 °C. The tank is removable, making cleaning easy.
Maintenance – All components requiring maintenance are easily accessible by simply removing the front panel.
Fittings – The appliance is supplied with height-adjustable feet as standard.
