Enjoy working with infrared
An infrared heater is always a pleasure to work with, as it ensures direct heat transfer from the hob to the pan. This way, you never have to wait long for your pan to heat up. The heating element of this infrared cooker consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30 cm and, thanks to its 90 cm depth, it can also handle many larger pans. The ceramic cooking surface is 6 mm thick and can withstand even heavy pans. The glass plate is placed on a closed monobloc plate, so you don't have to worry about leaks or spills.

For precise cooking, you can set the temperature between 50-300 °C using the thermostat. Both zones can be set separately. In addition, the hob is equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, and a warning light that remains on as long as the hob is still warm.

Easy cleaning
The top is seamlessly welded and the body is made entirely of stainless steel. Together with the smooth surface of the glass plate, cleaning the hob is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Once you have washed and dried all surfaces again, the induction hob is ready for the next job.
