The HENDI Kebab XL contact grill is designed for the intensive grilling of kebab wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and other fast-food items, such as filled tortillas, lavash, pita bread, and buns. Independent top and bottom heating zones allow for better control over the cooking process, while the ribbed cast-iron plates ensure even grilling results and distinct grill marks. The heavier top plate is specifically designed to apply greater pressure, making it ideal for the uniform and efficient grilling of filled kebab products.
