The HENDI DUAL tray sealer is constructed from durable 18/10 stainless steel, featuring a reinforced frame and ball bearings on all moving parts. It offers rapid heating, adjustable sealing temperatures, and compatibility with films up to 420 mm wide. Safety features include color-coded LEDs, an overheating lockout, and a redesigned lid mechanism for smoother operation.
The spring-loaded lid allows for easier, controlled opening.
An automatic guillotine with a safety blade cuts the film along a specific strip just behind the sealed container ("air-cut" technology).
The titanium-coated sealing surface prevents the film from sticking and enables fast sealing (approximately 1–3 seconds, depending on the film).
A pressure damper ensures a tight seal while preventing the deformation of the packaging.
