For use in ice cream parlors, restaurants, hotel kitchens, cafes and catering establishments. Ideal for making ice cream mixes, vegetable soups, purees, sauces, fillings, mayonnaise, tomato puree, pesto, as well as whipped cream, creams or omelettes - depending on the tip used. The housing is made of durable blue polyamide. The whisks are made of stainless steel AISI 304. Mixing nozzle 350 mm long and with a max. 200 mm immersion level. Crushing nozzle 400 mm long, maximum immersion level 290 mm. Suitable for mixing volumes up to 60 l. Crushing nozzle speed: 2500-11000 rpm. Mixing nozzle speed: 250-1500 rpm.
