This professional stove is suitable for both liquefied gas and natural gas, which "comes to life" thanks to the convenient piezo ignition. It has a safety valve with a thermowell. This ensures that the gas valve remains open as long as the sensor registers heat. As soon as there is no flame, it automatically closes the gas valve so that no gas can escape. Additional safety is provided by the safety thermostat.
