Elektripliit is an essential piece of cooking equipment for any catering establishment. This unit allows chefs to boil, fry, grill, and more. The fast-heating hotplates with a safety device to prevent overheating, made in cast iron, are watertight fixed to the worktop. Each hotplate is equipped with a 6-positions thermostat and indicator light. Rounded corners and a recess trap liquids and prevent overflowing, ensuring easy cleaning. The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The unit features a watertight pressed worktop and four square plates (2.6 kW each) with a size of 220x220 mm. The electric range comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet. The unit has dimensions of 700x700x850 mm. The total power is 10.4 kW. The required supply voltage is 400 V. The total weight of the equipment is 59 kg.
