APACH 700 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-77P is designed for cooking, frying and other types of heat treatment of food and it has 4 square hotplates with a capacity of 2.6 kW. Under the stove's cooking surface, there is a control panel with an indicator of hotplate heating. Each hotplate has its own thermostat for stepless control of the heating power. The rugged housing is made out of AISI 304 stainless steel and has special edges for collecting excess liquid on the sides of the cooking surface. APACH 700 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-77P has dimensions of 700×700×850 mm. Maximum power consumption is 10.4 kW (4×2.6 kW). It is powered by 400 V. The total weight of the equipment: 59 kg. It is supplied on an open stand without an oven.
